Where does it say they're ex shield. In the first issue they're affiliated with those organisations including alpha flight

No one is innocent, no one is clean, everyone hates everyone and mutants and humans will never get on.

I think it's a little early to say that.

Did everyone note the bit that alludes to the no duplicates rule being relaxed for X-FORCE? Multiple Quires?

Sorry for not empathizing with the guys who created a genocidal robot.

So, if Sabretooth killed their moms, it's okay that they're building genocide machines?

Machines that, thanks to Moira, they also knew to be equally likely to genocide humanity as mutantkind.

They were doing the humans a favor really.

The Mother Mold head went into the sun, not the station. Scott watched it happen then he was murdered out of revenge for the husband's suicide, and then Jean was killed. The station mostly survived, no thanks to the agent who set off the bomb. He rather have died than let the mutants destroy the very thing that was made to destroy them.

They're not aware they're in comic books, or the cliche of death/resurrection in comic books.

    This is impressive.

The plan to resurrect millions of murdered people across a decade? Also impressive.

    Exactly...

And to conflate that with "humans still did X" is silly

/QUOTE] Yeah they do... few pages back we had and character screaming we bring the dead back! Give me hands!

but we weren't talking in the comic we were talking in a meta sense he and I in that moment.

My priority is enjoying and supporting stories of timeless heroism and conflict.

lol nice job ignoring that these people thought a giant robot head that makes a bunch of other robots that make thousands of Sentinels to target and kill mutants was a good idea. A robot that has to be stationary in order to not go completely insane and kill everyone who “isn’t worthy.” It’s clear you aren’t gonna be swayed by anything that happens in this story with the mutants but this is a story about oppressed vs oppressors. No matter what you may think, it’s established that mutants have always been on the short end of the stick. Now they’re free to live peacefully and they’re taking down any organization that threatens their safety and freedom.

...They were building and retasking genocidal death machines?? Is this really the hill you want to die on?

That robot they created didn't think much of humans either. So the x-men saved humanity too

The goal of the oppressed is not to become the oppressors.

This is why I'm like u can't blanket blame humanity.

Villains stole a bunch of tech and were going to use it to attack one group but it was backfiring to destroy everything...

This happened recently with the intelligiecia and Rom cum Ultron..
    And happened countless times.

The avengers and ff and Strange would have been right there to stop it as making genocidal robots is in every heroes wheelhouse

Good point and if a mutant is causing a problem, then that mutant will just be resurrected!

I see no ethical, moral, or logistical problems with this!
