Replace Storm with Graydon Creed. Replace the mutants with the FOH. Replace the Mutants shouting with Human shouting.
It's not different.
That, I think, is going to be the point of story.
No matter what the X-Men do, whether they try to be heroes, try to be benevolent rulers or try to be dominant conquerors - nothing they do will actually stop humans hating and fearing them.
Rather bleak, but also rather realistic, conclusion.
I also fully expect the Krakoa drugs to be mind altering or enslaving or something creepy and villainous. Xavier has clearly had enough, and I suspect we'll see him going off the deep end even more than he has in many recent storylines using him

Well, sure, it works out for everyone now, but will that conitnue?
Chill out, brah. Dont be overly aggressive on the internet because someone disagrees with you.
You said it's Systematic.
And I said that's an excuse. We both read the same book the federal government didn't have anything to do with building the hammer of sol, nor turning it into a master mold.
If anyone's whining about stuff that didn'tt happen it's you Coal Tiger.
But we good... hahah... I ain't mad atcha brah
My priority is enjoying and supporting stories of timeless heroism and conflict.
Everything else is irrelevant.
I already explained exactly that.
But that was in reference to.... humanity still builds sentinels.
Which is the same logic as invade X country because of terrorism.
I know because I was there to fight in that war.
It's not okay.

But thats in some way the impetus of the story.
And also that's just as editorially mandated as extinction... extinction... extinction.... ....

And they're celebrating the return of their dead characters who have just killed a whole bunch of people on that station whose backstory we have no clue about. They could have been a group of survivors of Sabretooth rampages or Magneto terror attacks or whatever.
No one is innocent, no one is clean, everyone hates everyone and mutants and humans will never get on.
Hickman's story - Hate wins!
