Anyone remember the episode of Justice League where Green Arrow admits that he's sort of freaked out by the idea of all power gods having access to an all powerful spy satellite?

I remember. That was a good moment, because superheroes going to war with the governments of the world wouldn't be a good thing for said world, regardless of what one might think of how corrupt those governments really were. That said, the X-Men/mutants are not going to war with anyone just yet, they are simply building their own sovereign nation-state, their own society and culture, where they will be able to protect themselves from unceasing human bigotry without being expected to lie there and suffer, or be even more brutalized for raising a hand in their own defense. Even so, if mutants do go to war with humanity, it will be --- as it always has been --- due to humanity's stubborn unwillingness and inability to accept or respect mutants' right to exist in any form.

That's a good point as well. Even if the X-Men themselves wouldn't ever use it as a weapon against humanity, at some point, some of the more extreme or morally dubious Krakoans could decide to use it themselves, or human agents could somehow coopt or hijack it for a false flag, and the next thing anybody would know --- it would be blood for blood and by the gallons.

No, but hypothetically, they do have the means to completely devastate any and all conventional human forces, and even most superhuman forces. While the X-Men would likely be far more restrained and judicious in its usage, there are very likely some in Krakoa who would gladly seize the opportunity to wage war on humanity in what they'd think would be an utter and total curb-stomp. It could be either them or human agents who somehow manage to coopt or hijack it to pull a false flag attack, for which they'd then blame the United Mutant Nation of Krakoa, who end up setting off war with humanity, or as some have named it --- World War X.

They have always had the means though. The reason the X-Men had their dignity trampled on by The Avengers during AvX was because of their own mercy. As soon as they jumped out of the plane Emma should have put them to sleep so they fall to their deaths and than killed every last one of the rest of the home invaders including Wolverine. That would send the U.S. and the Avengers a hard lesson attack Utopia you die. If they allow themselves to be attacked again without consequences than it would just be more of the same all talk no action.
Like Black Panther with Wakanda when fending off the Skrulls: "See Wakanda and Die." Ironically, that was written by Jason Aaron, one of the (main) architects of Avengers Vs. X-Men. In that sense, if Krakoa is indeed recognized as a sovereign nation-state, that would definitely make another Avengers Vs. X-Men politically problematic, as the Avengers have long depended on their comparatively better relations with world governments, particularly the U.S. government, to be able to operate with a more-or-less free hand. Then again, in light of the Avengers being currently on the outs with the U.S. government because of Black Panther as their chairperson while still being king of Wakanda, thus leading the U.S. government to believe that the Avengers would be acting in Wakanda's interests rather than America's, if the Avengers were to attack Krakoa . . . would T'Challa be held responsible? Would it be interpreted as Wakanda declaring war on mutants?

Finally a great time to be Emma’s fan.
