Honestly, I don't even know if it means Scott and Emma are together because Scott and Jean are paired more on covers. It probably just means that Emma, Scott, and Jean are more mature than everyone on this forum and are actually capable of working together on missions.

Scott and Emma have done plenty of missions together since they split. It really doesn't make sense that they'd stop, regardless of how Jean factors into the picture. They're effective teammates and they've still got most of the dynamic that made them interesting, Rosenberg's Uncanny aside.

In fairness they did say Hickman was only co-writing the first arc when they announced the title. I think it’s only now that the division of duties is coming in to focus though.

Anyway. The New Mutants solits have me groaning. Please keep Brisson away from the NXM team. He doesn't write them well. If he wants to keep playing with Glob and Armor, whatevs, but I'd like the rest of the kids to go to writers who remember that they have personalities.
