The scene in X-Factor made me think of this. Monet & Rictor are playing chess and he wants to be white the next game but Monet says she's always black (HA! lol) because she'd rather avoid the White Queen.

So maybe Hickman will follow that with her as the Black Queen.

I also think having her around would change him as a character
she was a mutant teleporter, she was killed by a Sentinel, and saved Emma by teleporting Shaw there when she was being attacked

It would be interesting to see Lourdes back. She was a promising character.

I think chances are the other Queen is Ororo. I would like Lorna or Jean as other options. I am not too fond of Monet as a character so it would depend on how she is written.. It seems that the two Queens are acting in a coordinate manner vs Shaw. I do like the idea of the Gorgon or Exodus as Black Bishops. But I don´t know why they would be allies to Shaw. They both come with their own agendas.

hmm, I wouldn't be opposed to it being Firestar but that seems out of character for Angelica. Though I keep seeing her as the young character she used to be, she is around the same age as Kitty so it wouldn't be surprising for her to take on a leadership role and maybe even be convinced to work with Emma even though she is very skeptical of Emma.

I can see Ororo because of her political power through Challa, and giving her a billion dollars would be nothing for Challa. But you need cash to be king or queen there.

Just for the hell of it, I'm going to mention how if there was ever intent to expand the Hellfire Club positions, Lorna would fit as Green/Emerald Queen.

The titles are all based on chess. Today's established colors of black and white weren't so established in its origins. Other colors were present, including green and red.
