I hope Ben Percy isn't lying. Tom Taylor's Red was (still is) the best X-Men book in a long while, but throughout the course of that book, I was waiting for Jean to "**** some **** up".

We might finally have someone that wants to see the girl cut loose.

But yeah, "fucks some **** up" probably just means she faints picking up a vacuum with her mind, if the recent pattern holds.

Taylor was weakly written pandering with a conclusion entirely lifted from Duggan UA. It would be the worst book of the last few years if Gold wasnt a thing.

Characterization, for one.

I'm excited to see what the other writers do with the individual casts and I like the setup that House of X has given us, but the character voices so far are pretty terrible. Besides Magneto.
