I'm going with the Darknight Detective this week.
Honorable mentions go out to worstblogever and Kai the Spy.

Tami and the 1602 Universe of Marvel. One of my favorites
Tough to choose this week. I was torn between this and entries by Ravin' Ray (almost forgot about Universe-X), Nschornhorst, CJStriker, Moon Ronin and the really darling cover of the DC Bombshells from seismic-2. It's a shame that only one can win.
I hope I didn't make the contest too difficult to understand! I didn't mean to confuse anyone!

seismic-2 'cuz it's a forward thinking series in multiple ways. And the main characters are attractive. Yes, I went there.

SquirrelMan, slightly beating out Nschornhorst for me.
foxley
Timely cover, as that character just showed up again.
