I’m almost 100% positive it’s the Kwannon and Elizabeth. The butterfly clip, lavender hair and pink dress are all homages to Psylockes pink puffy sleeved costume. She is sitting by the Japanese version of Psylocke whose sleeves are a dead give away of her ninja attire.

I didn’t think Pixie since she’s so much younger than this roster 🤷🏻*♂️

Yeah I get that. But if they couldnt be consistent with Betsy in 20 years. I doubt we'd get Kwannon's hair to be consistent. They should just make her have a drastic hair color change. Like white and blue or something.
