Doomsday is in destroy everything mode.

For those who don't know. The Annihilator is indestructible and will continue to fight as long as it's opponent is aggressive. Peace stops it.

I'm not sure either is smart enough to try to space toss.

Basically, the Annihilator was tough, but only indestructible by JLU standards. Comics Doomsday is on a completely different level. He probably smashes it to bits with the first good blow. No-limits-fallacy should apply.
