They"re all above 6ft and Welling and Routh still make Hoechlin look small.

But that brings me back to another interesting question, Hoechlin, Welling, and Routh's Supermen are all the same exact person, so why is it they all look different? I mean we know the reason obviously, but in the context of the story, I'm curious. It's the same for Flash and 90's Flash, Barry mistook him for his dad.

Well, they're not *exactly* the same person. Their various realities would have shaped them all a bit differently - just in a more subtle way than, say, the Earth where all the genders and/or races are reversed, etc. Same principle as those, but not as noticeable of a shift. If that makes any sense.

If I were Hoechlin, I'd be asking for shoe lifts and some thick-@$$ shoe soles. lol

As much as is made about Tyler Hoechlin being too small, he is the same height or an inch shorter than 3 other Supermen.

I don't think Clark had that close of a relationship to John Henry. Not enough to entrust John Henry to look out after his cousin. And without that relationship what would be the point of having
John Henry Irons on the show? Why would the show need some other random hero to compete with Kara? It was bad enough when they turned Jimmy into Guardian. But at least he wasn't very
good at it and tended to get beat up a lot so Guardian wasn't really much competition for Kara. And do we really want an inept John Henry Irons?

I don't think it would've been that hard to incorporate Steel, and while I wouldn't say he's as close to John Henry as he is Jimmy, I think Clark counts Steel as a close friend.
