Ok. Here's the deal. While in hiding during the prep work stage for his next crime, Joker is bored! So he becomes the behind the scenes guy for a group of totally z-grade villains to send up against the JLA, just thinking it'd be fun to watch them get trounced on the news. Maybe he even gives them a 'magic weapon' that doesn't actually do anything.

The z-grade villains gleefully join, as they see Joker's approval as a plus as super-villains.

The only thing is...by sheer dumb luck, this team of misfits actually beats the JLA, and now Joker wants to kill them for it due to professional jealousy.

Anyway, what z-grade villains would you put on Joker's team?

Didn't Joker once do exactly that, when he put together a (Royal Flush) Gang of his own, made up of low grade villain Wild-Cards.
