If anything, Reed's voting American Communist Party since they want to change the units from US Customary to Metric.

Not many republicans, definitely. And probably none who would support MAGA.
US Agent, of course
Captain Marvel
The Thing (at least pre 2000s)
War Machine
Red Hulk (both)
Spectrum, maybe
Bringing back the old, killing the young: that's the Marvel way
considering Marvel's sliding timeline, it gets extremely unwieldy trying to assert that a character is a committed member of a particular political party. Certain movements and alignments that were commonplace in 1961 aren't exactly the same as 2020.
Even though New Attilan was a quasi-constitutional monarchy, the royal family abdicated and formed a democracy/republic. It's right in the waters of New York, so it's either an enclave like the Vatican, or a part of the US, allowing them to vote. They would probably be independent to the left because they try to avoid conflict and work as a community.
I doubt there is because there are very well known republicans who've adopted non-European American children. However, I couldn't see them giving mutants, inhumans, or Atlantean rights in other aspects of the comicbook world based on their track record in the real world, and if they can make their kids' lives easier by voting to the left, they probably would.
Deadpool: Probably presses all of the buttons at the booth to try to recreate the melody from Funky Town
Moon Girl: Writes in Devil Dinosaur
Cletus Kasady: Writes in Knull and infects everyone else at the polls and forces them to do the same
Dr. Doom: Does not understand the concept of political parties
Apocalypse: Would not support any voting because he would see it as giving too much power to the weak and to those he considers to be evolutionary dead ends
Eddie Brock: Probably conservative Democrat or liberal Republican, probably has very cynical political views
Demo/Demagoblin: Probably some hardline fundamentalist political party
Ben Reilly: Whoever supports strict regulations on cloning
"I should describe my known nature as tripartite, my interests consisting of three parallel and disassociated groups; a) love of the strange and the fantastic, b) love of abstract truth and scientific logic, c) love of the ancient and the permanent. Sundry combinations of these strains will probably account for my...odd tastes, and eccentricities."
Pretty much what Force De Phenix said. Real life people can take in kids from around the world and still vote Republican.
In the MU: Atlanteans and Moloids have not been on good terms with humans. And the Mutant thing goes without saying with how Marvel earth treats them...
These particular groups would be among the most frowned upon in the MU.
Most Marvel American's wouldn't take in these kids, let alone Republicans. Thinking about it even more, the political landscape would be different from the real world. I wonder what the parties would look like in the MU. But that will likely not happen considering the response to things too "political" occurring in comics.
