Not really. Krakoa is a technologically very advanced nation, at the level of Latveria and Wakanda. But its technology is focused mainly on exploiting the possibilities of Krakoa, so it is more biotechnology and organic.

Of course everything in Krakoa is green technology by default. After all Krakoa consumes CO2. What I am curious about is why Krakoa prefers mutants to humans. Could it be that it received an imprint upon being saved by Apocalypse and his Four Horsemen?

In my opinion it definitely is. You have the preview for Jan Iron Man talking about A.I being the true enemy, add that to house of x and powers and then now add bruce talking about how humanity is a lost cause because they don't want to change. They don't want what Krakoa and Wakanda have to offer, which he was referring to exo friendly technology and it's clear where the marvel u is headed imo. As for Krakoa, it is a mutant so it makes sense it prefers mutants to me.
