Movie Thor vs. Movie Ronan

Fight 2) Infinity Stone powered Ronan

The problem with movie Ronan, rumbleswise, is that it's somewhat ambiguous which aspects of his abilities are amped by the infinity stone and which aren't.

Mainly it's two things, was it because of the infinity stone that he could tank so many devastating blows or did it just boost his hammer's energy projection?

That said, with all his feats this could be a pretty fun fight. Thor most likely has the speed edge but Ronan can take most of what Thor throws at him.

So, Ronan's only real fight before getting amped was against Drax, who never seemed far above standard-Asgardian level to me. After his amp, he was virtually invincible and possessed an attack which should put down practically anyone we've seen so far, short of maybe Hulk.

so 1) Thor wins a slugfest.
2) Ronan wins pretty easily.

I don't think he faced anything that amounts to Thor's lightning that was one-shotting space whales or Hulk's punch that did the same.

Leaning towards Thor here, especially in scenario one.

Though Ronan's beam attack was something else.

Drax also took that second hit and was only knocked out and briefly at that so pre-stone boost Ronan is still pretty tanky.

Thor should win 1 for sure, and probably 2, but 2s harder to call.
