Yes, I had the same reaction. I've never seen "Boardwalk Empire," so my shallowness requires me to nitpick the ugly glasses and lack of redder red hair since I know nothing about Mr. Cox!

The description given of her characters doesn't really scream "Typhoid Mary." It sounds more like Echo (whom Dawson resembles somewhat) or White Tiger to me.
