Each is given access to the mansion at the same time. They may turn into anything they want, but after they change, they can't change again.
The flash comes in 5 min. later. Whoever is first discovered by the Flash loses. Who wins?

She turned into a dog, in Astonishing X-Men #62, iirc. Dunno about objects.

It's a hard rumble. Mystique knows the mansion and people well, but is limited to people. Chameleon Boy doesn't know the mansion at all, yet can turn into objects. Originally Posted by Cthulhu_of_R'lyeh
Mystique should win, though.
A) Find any secret passage/armored bunker in the mansion and hole up there. The Flash isn't wasting the time to break into the bunker.
B) If house is empty, turn into a butler. Flash is used to one servant taking care of a house by themself (Alfred). Without prior knowledge of the X-mansion, he will ignore the butler and search the rest of the house first. Mystique knows the house well enough to answer any question the Flash might have (and C. Boy can't answer those questions).
C) If house is full, ping Cerebro to find out who is in the house and turn into a Xmen who's missing.
Take it outside of the Xmansion and I might favour C. Boy. In this case, home-field advantage is everything.
