If you add comics for Hanzo. He is actually weaker than original Scropion as he is a human now, his Hell Fire is limited and tided to his life force. Though Hanzo has four big feats.

1: He still killed Sub Zero 1. Easily I think.

2: In MKx line, pretty much equal to Sub Zero, who can take on teams of characters at a time.

3: Trained Takeda to be a bad ass ninja.

4: If you pick him vs Sejtor, it shows he is immune to normal human flame. Which makes Mai less effective.

Still Kasuni deals with super empowered clones of herself and is in the ball park of mother fucking Ryu from Ninja Gaiden. Who owns the whole MK universe at once.

As for Spectre Scropion. If Night Wolf is taken seriously, he threw the fight with undead so he could win/destiny and also Scropion needs to do the underworld boost thing. Because if he does not default to that he gets his ass kicked. ( Then again in original MK Undead in Hell was not really a power up or super mode, he could do it as his soul was bond for hell. That and he got defeated by two nook enemies in said Hell. A canon ending to boot.)

If going by Nu revenant Scrops. He got beaten by Johnny Freakken Cage without glow. So big time disrespect to null his bad ass status.
