Is the Hall of Justice a good idea?

I like the idea of the Hall of Justice being moreso a Museum and meeting place for reporters and things like that for the team, but the REAL Base is on the moon. I thought thats how it was anyway?

When the Hall was reintroduced a few years back, that’s pretty much what it was. They had the Hall of Justice as the public face of the League and a satellite as the more private meeting place. The satellite was destroyed a few years back and now it’s just the Hall.
