When you post, there is a button at the far right that looks like a word bubble(it's next to what looks like a strip of film).

If you hit that button, something like this...

- without the spaces will show up.

If you replace "QUOTE" with "SPOIL", you will get a "Spoiler" tag. Whatever you type in between those tags will show up as a blank.
