if we're just talking about the individuals you listed, they are a great deal more principled than Creed. they don't kill for sport but for a political cause. Sinister isn't a thug. he hired a thief to recruit some despicable individuals to murder the Morlocks. and he did it because they were an affront to his science/his art. Mystique and Exodus are freedom fighters. Nur is devoted to the mutant race becoming as strong as it can be. Creed is just a sadistic hick who probably would have killed the Morlocks for free. he's the type of person that would be put down in the real world; by the justice system or vigilante.

This is the best spin I've ever seen put forth for Mystique and Sinister.

You should go into Villain PR. big Oil could definitely use your talents.

Is there a prison if no one sees it? I think it has more to do with most mutants have been in detention centers and prisons so they don't want them where anyone can see. Technically Sabretooth is a part of the core of karoka now. lol
