    They already covered that.

Orchis and Damage Control are very different organizations with very different intents.

Um no. Please read the issue. They are not using the typical govenment process. It's its own nation. It's own process. They are founding the government. They started with these three.

Eh combat situation against people who were actively trying to kill her and her teammates to stop them from activating an Armageddon machine.

There may have been conditions granted along with the amnesty and the amnesty was broken within a few minutes of being granted. It causes a diplomatic problem. Regardless the shiar was supposed to be such an advanced society they could forgive genocide

The X-Factor approach would've been better, Put a restraining device on him & keep him locked up but let out if a human ever does needs killing. Even that is less contrived, lol
    Yep i agree with you

I kind of agree that he was sent as brute force. And Magneto knew what he would do. So they could make an example of him. Seems very 2019 Magneto/Xavier.

Not that saying that. I'm saying how dangerous this action against saberbooth will prove in the future(if Hickman plans on it). Now they can punish anyone. It's a tyranny.

Let's take toad, he didn't clean the toilets. But there's no law what would happen if he didn't do that. Now Krakoa just make a law "for not cleaning the toilets you are exiled" after toad forgot to do it. Would toad have done that if the laws are passed before he committed the said crime?

The concept of the Special Captains fascinates me. They are clearly in charge of military affairs, but in hat capacity? We saw Cyclops lead a mission, but he didn't seem to have the kind of authority implied in the captains. Was this simply before the captains were given their rank like it was before the formation of the full council? Is there a military hierarchy of people who report to the captains, with ranks and divisions like a normal military, or are they treated as regular citizens of Krakoa until there's a crisis? During such a crisis, do they basically take over the decision-making? It seems to imply that they do. That's interesting given that many on the council have led armies in battle and are known for their prowess as military leaders.

If being a captain is a full-time job I can see it being like the 13-Court Guard Captains from Bleach with the council being the equivalent of Central 46.

My main question following this is are the ppl now complaining abt Xavier punishing Sabretooth the same ones who were complaining abt Xavier setting up a mutant supremacy where mutants could freely murder humans without consequences.

I mean, Xavier admitted that he was being made an example of. The killing and the history they had with him did not help at all. Even Storm said that was a sentence long past due, I guess she meant that they would have had to deal with Creed at some point (but I may be wrong).

What did you guys think of Jean being quite angry/decisive I guess when shutting Creed up? Even Emma had a bit of a gentle touch while Jean went all in lol I loved that.
