Depends on the character.
I can think of a few X-Men and other Marvel characters that would probably be into it.
Gambit - Would be into it, but can also be monogomous like he is with Rogue.
Mystique
Storm - I can honestly see her being open to it.
Wolverine
Daken
Those are the first I think of.

I dislike romance in comics period so I say yes to polygamy since at least that is something I have not seen before.

Well if we are being honest about terms I think it would be more like Jean and Cyke being in an open relationship (feat. Logan and Emma) than straight up polygamy anyway

I think some people are only seen this through the weird love square but maybe you could understand more if other character were used on it.
Imagine if that was Rogue and Gambit for example.
