Who dresses as what?

Nah, as Goku (but he still has the hair curl, not the spiky hair). Bruce as Vegeta (forced to by Damian and Dick, with a wig glued to his head from Jason), and Diana watches in amusement (no clue for her, maybe Sailor Moon?).

Marvel superheroes.

Just to narrow it a bit, I'm going to do earth Green Lanterns going as movie versions of Marvel characters:
-- John Stewart goes as Nick Fury, military background, big-picture thinker, man in charge.
-- Guy Gardner goes as Thor because he sees himself as worthy and an ass-kicker.
-- Hal Jordan goes as Thor because he sees himself as fun-loving and an ass-kicker. (and of course he and Guy have the same costume )
-- Simon Baz goes as Ghost Rider - love for motor vehicles and doesn't quite play nice.
-- Jessica goes as Captain America because she loves his inner strength.
-- Alan Scott would go as Dr Strange because he has an affinity for magic, and identifies with competent adults.(and he likes capes)

I feel like Ollie is lazy enough he would try to go as Robin Hood and Dinah wouldn't let him out of the house until he thinks up a better costume. He'd tear down the shower curtain, drape it over himself and proclaim he's Cupid.

Then Dinah would give up and they'd order pizza and stay in before he breaks out the Spock ears and try Legolas.

Exactly why he would chose him, Clark wouldn't want (or encourage) anyone thinking or imagining him outside the box (as with a caped identity or doing super-heroics) .

And yes Ollie would likely unabashedly just go as Robin Hood.
