So here’s a question. Considering Graydon Creed shows that it’s possible, what would happen to any child of mutants who doesn’t have an an X-gene and thus is human? Are the X-Men just gonna deport them for something that they had no control over? That’d seem pretty hypocritical of them. And should they allow them to stay, the island is full of mutant supremacists, even if by law they can’t be killed, they would surely be the target of racism aimed their way.

I'm more concerned about what's keeping Wolverine from leaving. If we look at his history, Wolverine has more human friends he close with than mutants. Other than Nightcrawler, Storm, Jubilee, and maybe X23, I'd say his ties to folks like Mac and Heather Hudson, Mariko, and Amiko are stronger than anyone else in the mutant community.
