Fortunately at this point, the system has been operable long enough that they have the excuse to bring back essentially any mutant by simply explaining "Hey here's Wing, he was resurrected off-panel before the Krakoa thing collapsed". Which I suppose was part of the original reasoning behind the concept.
Talking about that, is Wing back? Can they bring him back, he was depowered when he died?

Have they resurrected Sunder yet? I don't recall seeing him anywhere - he was one of the most important Morlocks, I have hard time believing he's not back when they have brought back such obscure Morlocks like Tommy.

How about Pietro and Wanda get killed and resurrected as mutants again. They have always detected as mutants and their “souls” recorded like all other mutants or that would have been a huge red flag to Xavier back in the day. The High Evolutionary is a known manipulator and lair, and it was likely Wanda’s powers that screwed them up. Let them be Magneto’s mutant children again!

Well Tad is still alive. I had never heard of Weird Woman until now, thank you.

It would be nice for the very first mutants like the Promise, Super Sabre, Stonewall, Crimson Commando, Spitfire and others to all have a special place on Krakoa. Too bad Toro was pointlessly retconned as an Inhuman we will never likely see again.
