In this same Hellions issue we saw him fly towards Armor, so he can use his powers. He was brought back during Necrosha so the technovirus could have fixed him. Or if he was brought back via Krakoa, The Five could have done so as you allude to

I seems to me that the only reason they use the resurrection thing is to bring back people who die on missions or if someone who is dead is needed for a story.

But then are pushed to the background and ignored like Thunderbird. Where is his story of how he feels about things? With the mutual attraction to Sophie when they were both resurrected in Chaos War did he seek her out and get something going?? Is his power what it originally was or has he gotten amped up like Jimmy??

Where are they dead mutants with a history (like Bolt) or with ties to main characters like Lourdes Chantel or Jean's niece and nephew?

This is why we need some sort of handbook.

Or a cross between an ongoing with added character profiles.

But that goes without saying. There is only 1 of 2 things they can do with a resurrected mutant; use them in a story or not. Its false to say they've only done so to use them in a story bc there are plenty that arent

Speaking of X-Factor; is Leah ever gonna get around to writing the Resurrection Protocols? We're like 8 issues in and it doesnt feel like we've learned anymore about it in this book then the other books
