I wonder how many people pronounce Synch as "cinch" instead of "sync"? One rhymes with inch and the other with ink. Pretty sure it's the latter since his power is to be in sync with another person's powers.

I've always gone with the latter but have heard some use the former. For me "sync" has always seemed to fit the powerset.

I always pronounce it synch with the ch sound. My mind doesn't get how it ch would make the k sound. But then I call meme (meem) me-me because I don't get how the last e is all if a sudden suppose to be silent. It's anarchy. Originally Posted by nightw1ng

A lot of people seem to think Gentle but i'm not sure. The costume is similar to his red one but he doesn't have a mask. Also it could be that the markings are there as homage to his tattoos since Jean did heal him of the pain he experiences when using his powers so he may not need the tats anymore but it's hard to tell. I love Synch. Though he totally mess up the most powerful mimic conversation in the HoX Omega thread.
