Someone like Wilson Fisk or Tombstone is the first to come to mind.

Definitely the Mandarin. His childhood of being raised to be a super-soldier by a cruel aunt. His Christopher Columbus-like wandering and exploitation of the natives around the alien resources he found. It would be like a blend of The Penguin and X-23.

Yeah, Magneto got his during First Class, to be fair.
A Doom one would be great.
    The Hood, too.

I know "Puppet Master" was already a B-movie franchise, but I can see a straight up horror movie with Marvel's Puppet Master.

Sabretooth. He checks all the boxes for a good serial killer tale... can't call the flick "Creed" though for obvious reasons.

If someone could adapt Bunn's Magneto, that would be great.

Honestly, Loki. He has a lot of potential for a gothic, fantasy movie.

That being said, I wouldn't trust Marvel to be able to make it "Joker" level good. I'd imagine it would be more spectacle.

No he isn't. Not in the slightest. He's not even relatable.
