Round 1: Ultron is in his Final Form

Round 2: Ultron is in Vision's body.

The first fight is what I'm having trouble with. They could probably whoop on each other for an extended period without causing too much harm is my initial thinking.

Actually, he could maybe just try restraining the guy and locking him down for a 10-count via incapacitation. That should work.
