DC's "new" timeline revealed at NYCC

I think it's a hat-less Mounsier Malah.

I gave that about 3 seconds of thought, but it doesn't make much sense. Why are all of the other New Teen Titans represented, but not Gar? Why give Malah such a prominent position in a Titans-centric picture? Why aren't they facing off against each other?
