It's difficult to say with the whole "God has been idly manipulating events for his own amusement with regards the story he feels he is writing" revelation. He could pretty much just BFR the lot of them to some alternate reality to keep his story on track, as it were.

Admitably, I've only really kept up with post-season-5 via youtube clips and summaries, but yeah it seems like that's something God might do just as soon as they appeared. And if he doesn't do it right away, I feel like when Tony goes on TV with a bunch of evidence and says "there's vampires and demons and stuff," he probably will.

On the other hand, if they are allowed to get any kind of steam going, they can pretty much solve every problem by Thor bifrosting to the problem and hitting it with Stormbreaker
