Wonder Woman will probably be Wilson's pet character Maggie. I could see the explanation for Diana leaving the role is that she eventually hooks up with Atlantiedes and they spirit off to Olympus together or something. Bruce fakes his death and maybe marries Selina. Superman retires in wake of his duties as Earth President.
By the way this is all stupid and ridiculous and will fail horribly.
