I don't have a TV connection anymore, so I will have to watch this on DVD.

Charlie Brown was the first thing that brought out my nerd identity. I was only six years old when I started collecting Charlie Brown books. My father built me a shelf above my bed for all my books and I eventually accumulated about 50 of them by the time I was twelve. This was my training ground for becoming a comic book collector.

    Thanks for posting this!

I have watched this for decades, when it was on and when I knew about it. For me, it is one of the things that says "Holidays are approaching!". Back then, I was lucky if it aired once. I really like that in this time, it may be on a few times.

While friends have said they long ago "grew up" and moved on, I always consider this as part of (my) holiday tradition!

Fun cartoon. I'll just watch the DVD myself, though; no commercials.
