That article should be available worldwide, yeah. In fact, outside the UK, I think all news articles work, but have a bbc.com address (it redirects) instead of bbc.co.uk - the.com version of the site carrying ads which .co.uk doesn't (as it's license fee funded). Of course the same can't be said for the iPlayer catch-up TV service - that is geoblocked.

The is one minor nitpick with that article - the picture of Hulk they used is of Amadeus Cho, but the article, of course, talks about Bruce Banner.
