Default "Versus" movies you wanna see? (Transformers v. Gi Joe, AVP3 etc.)

GOOD version of AVP set in space with Colonial marines caught in the middle. An adaptation of the 1990 comic or 94 Capcom game would be good too.

80's era TF v. Gi Joe. The other TF\GJ flicks weren't exactly Shakespeare so a crossover couldn't hurt. Hire openly gay actors and film makers and bring back the big moustache/tight pants Village people look....

    others?

In agreement with you about an 80's era Transformers VS. G.I. Joe movie. When Marvel did the 4-issue miniseries in 1987, I was expecting a cinematic adaptation. But alas, nothing came of it.

As for my choice of "Versus" movie I'd like to see:
Star Blazers VS. Clash of the Bionoids

I would like a to see a superhero remake of Face-off like Daredevil vs Bullseye or Batman vs Joker with both exchanging identities and getting a taste of what it means to be in the other's shoes.

Second. Despite the two botched attempts so far, there is sooo much potential for a solid crossover between those two.

Also I keep crossing my fingers for an Ash vs Freddy vs Jason movie. God knows it would be so amazing if done right.

As much as a decent AVP sequel, I'll actually go for a Aliens vs Predator vs Judge Dredd.

They also did Aliens Vs Predator vs Terminator. The comic book wasn't great, but perhaps the movie could do it justice.

I always thought Robocop vs Predator would be cool.

Since I've run the gauntlet, let's just say Batman vs Predator as well.
I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:

Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.

I also second He-Man / Thundercats as well Gi Joe/Transformers.

Agree with you about Batman VS. Predator. If you could get them to adapt the Gibbons/Kubert Bros. version, then I would totally be grateful.

Of course. Start with the best.

I would say a sequel might be Batman Superman Aliens Predator crossover. But that one wasn't as good.

Maybe there's hope. You did say it yourself earlier...
