Assuming the Joker has access to all of his resources, he may be able to win this by tricking Michael into going aboard one of those ships from The Dark Knight and then just blowing it up with him onboard. But its unlikely that the Joker can win this via guns, melee weapons, supercharged hand zappers, or whatever.

So who all is in the Michael Myers composite? Austin Powers, Doctor Evil, Fat Bastard, that guy who thought his girlfriend was an ax-murderer, Wayne Campbell, Shrek, Guru Pitka, and the Cat in the Hat? Wayne seems to be able rewind time and explore alternate timelines, and several of the others have varied amounts of toonforce. I can't see live action Joker beating all that. You'd really need comic Joker with one of his bigger upgrades, like when he got Myzy's powers.
