Can control any kind of energy and I'd one of the very few Omega Level mutants
And... he has now returned!

I'm interested in knowing who remembers what he did and why they are complacent in him being there. I hope that part of Rachel's stank face at the Summers home is because he crazy uncle is back and is a a near teenager mindset after trying to kill her and Alex (and killing corsair).
