Icon - Rogues Gallery

Hi. I have recently been interested in the underutilized/underrated characters of DC's hero roster. In this case, I wanted to ask for anyone's idea on who should be the character's rogues gallery. Like including specific personal enemies from comics, video games, TV series (animated or live-action), in which they are the protagonist of main character. If possible, please include a picture of said members in the hero's rogues gallery, brief history, powers/abilities/skills/weaknesses, history with the hero (if they were an enemy in one of the listed forms of media or if you think they would make an interesting enemy), and most recent picture.
