Should Emma Frost speak with a Boston accent?

Our dear diamond dame was born and raised in Boston, Massachusets but seemingly lacks the delightful and distinctive tones of it's native population due to a mishap in college.

Should Xavier restore Emma's mind to factory settings giving her back her traditional Bostonian inflections? We know he can, and has done so twice to telepaths on Krakoa.

Well, they did finally give Betsy and Kwannon their respective birth bodies back. The X-Office might just surprise us again.

Now, I've had the honor of hearing Emma-sama's voice before "WatXM" rocked that Brit accent from Kari Wahlgren. But it was Konami's "X-Men" game.

So does that (and the "Pryde of the X-Men" that it was based on) sound like a Boston accent or was it another flub?

So your vote is that Emma-sama's voice is better Brit than Bostonian? It was sort of artificially induced upon her in the comics, similar to Betsy/Kwannon's bodies (retcon though that may be).

That's a transatlantic accent, the synthetic dialect people used to speak in films. Not sure anyone actually speaks like that, but I could imagine Emma adopting it.
