Like I don't know what she did before that or if she even did anything else, I don't know if she's created by Devin Grayson or if she's an older character, but that's the only thing I ever heard people talk about her, and that's the only thing I know about her.

Dr. Light got this too after Identity Crisis but at least he's a Silver Age villain so he has something to fall back to. I don't know about Tarantula.
She isn't even the first woman who raped Dick (that would be Mirage from Team Titans), she's just the most (in)famous.

    Yep. Good image there.

Though her Rebirth version seems a bit more, subdued? Which almost seems wrong when describing her, lol.

Yeah, I suppose 90s DC was less subdued in some respects. lol

Speaking of which, here's a cover featuring Bly Pharis from Scarlett, a little-known 1993 vampire slaying series from the days before Buffy the Vampire Slayer was popular.

Wait this is by Benes? It's very Liefeldian. I mean the 90s were Liefeldian, I just never saw Benes artwork from this era.

I only know she considers John Law her inspiration, and that her brother was the D.A. of Bludhaven.
