Is there something that prevents allcaps here?
I could argue why JMS MJ is a well developed and strong character, how JMS showed her importance in Spidey's life in words, and top the best moments, both the more romantic and the funniest, but they would be arguments, and it's useless to use arguments when the person don't like one thing because he just don't like this thing (it's okay, everyone has irrational hatred for something).
As for why I hate JMS MJ (and really JMS May as well) is that I feel like they were reduced to Peter’s luggage and only acted as a sounding board for him. They really ceased being characters there. At least in the main book. I found lots of enjoyment in the supplementary ones.
Basically, my problem is Mary Jane has reached Mary Sue status and there’s no better proof than random characters talking about how awesome you are in spite of not really being close.
Why on earth is she with Jarvis, Iron Man’s butler? When did they get so close? (Obviously during the time that they moved into Stark Tower, but I still didn’t like that storyline so that’s why I’m criticizing it.)
