Yep, it feels like a book where the Cuckoos would fit. Or more "abstract/cerebral" type mutants, mutants good at "management" and stuff. But Doug and Sage are already occupied. Well, it's just spitballin' since there will likely be action who are we kidding, it'll probably be indeed some kind of worldwide business/diplomatic venture , and wresting it back from whoever Sunspot sold it to will involve violence no doubt.

A team full of new characters with powers that work great in an office/firm environment, and Evangeline Whedon is going to be their leader. First mission is going to be getting Angel out of some bad legal and financial choices he made while he was going to rise as the next Apocalypse.

Bayes - living neural network. Feed him data and he spits out predictions. Very good at trading, awfully bad at conversations.

Iuris - similar to Karnak, she's able to find loopholes or weal spots in anything, from laws to speeches to personalities to (in one unfortunate accident) people's skulls. She's going to make you cry if you try to argue with her.

The Truth - head of Human Resources. Empath, she can also can project the true feelings/desires of anyone around her as 3D illusions. Finding any harrassment situation before it even happens. Her office is a mess.

Iris- shapeshifter, former freelance private investigator, now she works for the X-Corps. She can turn into anything, living or not, but only for a short period of time. Great at parties and remembering weird details about you.

Le Blanche - stagist who can print any sensorial input to any surface. Unlimited toner supply. Starts as a supporting character, then he gets more in the spotilight. People make fun of him, but he's actually pretty powerful, if only he could figure out how to print more than just ink.
