Post Crisis Hawkman versus 616 Hank McCoy. No claw of horus but other standard equipment is fine. Downtown New York City.

My guess is that McCoy enjoys slight advantages in strength/durability and a moderate advantage in speed. Hawkman has the benefit of aerial mobility and close quarters weaponry that will help close the striking power gap.
