Default DC's Fictional Agencies And Institutions Appreciation

This will be a thread to discuss the numerous intelligence, law enforcement and military institutions across the DC universe. Your favorite of these agencies, who wrote them best, how you'd like to see them depicted in future, which characters you'd like to see (original or existing) as part of them, etc.

I liked Greg Rucka's run on Checkmate and how defined them. Sasha, Holt, Bea and Taleb where my favorite characters in that run. I'd really like to see it back with either Rucka at the helm or someone worthy of it.

My roster for a Department of Metahumans book:

    Mr Bones (director)

    Kate Spencer

    Cameron Chase

    Dakota Jamison

    Malcolm Duncan

    Delilah Tyler

    Cisco Ramon

    Trini Garcia (original character)

I really like Spyral and Checkmate's logos.

It would have been interesting if Dick and Roy had been part of the organizations at the same time.

I've been trying to think of which organization to put Delilah Tyler (Phantom Lady II) in. Checkmate seems a natural fit given it's history with superheroes but Spyral might also work for similar technology.
