I think there will be a small tease when Scott and Emma interact that alludes it. I don't think there will be any explicit proof but small things like room arrangements and Sinister's blind items are what will appear going forward. I think Scott and Emma interact X-Men #3 so we'll get some hints they up to some stuff

That was what I thought at first too, but we haven't seen much interaction with Scott and Emma at all yet. I am going to wait and see, I don't want to assume anything because it's very possible that Emma is not involved in the foursome after all and that it is someone else other than her. I give it a 60% chance she is involved with them, and 40% that she isn't!

Emma was more than willing to sleep with Scott without Jean's permission, there's literally zero evidence to assume she wouldn't if Jean was fine with it, specially now she's in love with him.
