Wonder if Foreigner improved his powers though, he was a decent character, but his gimmick was hypnosis, which Spidey could just close his eyes to beat him, so he had a "One time villain" kind of super-power gimmick.

And this dialogue:

"Foreigner: What I'm trying to say is, it's not too late for you to walk away. Let us finish our business here.

Spider-Man: Yeah, see, the thing is... I'm late for everything."

That's just a cool one liner lol.

Considering that Foreigner is here, but we still have Teresa being revenge-driven, it looks like Chameleon hired him, kinda weird to see Chameleon being such a mastermind if so, could be interesting though.

Looks awesome! Patrick Gleason's art is gonna kick butt with Spidey. He draws a great Spidey (love the tons of webs and big eyes), and that page with 2099 on the table is such a great shot. Good to see Foreigner again, this run has just been a breath of fresh air honestly.
