I can understand why, but it's a mistake. They should be having debates on Fox, because you just know that Fox will edit these debates to make each candidate look as bad as possible.

I thought Bernie was having a good night....but that tact on the capitalism vs. socialism debate was not good for him. I hope, if he's the front runner, his staff works with him on a better response to that. He's not a "socialist" in the evil sense, so why the hesitancy to say he believes in capitalism? He just believes in capitalism with sanity checks.

Warren already has that lane. It might be a bit more difficult for Bernie to claim it, and might alienate some of his most hardcore supporters too early in the primary.
