Yeah, it seems there were four possibilities on that story.

It could be that Bernie knows that he clearly said that no woman can be President. In that case, he's lying and shouldn't be President.
It could be that Bernie forgot that he clearly said that no woman can be President. In that case, he shouldn't be President because of the implications (it's careless or worse.)
It could be that Bernie didn't say that no woman can be President, and Warren made it up. In that case, she's lying and shouldn't be President.
It could be that Bernie didn't say that no woman can be President but Warren interpreted it that way (the argument that this is her truth.) In that case, she can't appreciate nuance and shouldn't be President.

It's the first one. Bernie isn't stupid, he's been in politics his whole life. He knows how to win.

The Republicans have spent so much energy labeling as socialism everything from universal healthcare to preserving the environment to promoting racial equality, that as far as I'm concerned, socialism is looking pretty good right now.

I'm not sure there's any point of breaking down that distinction. The people saying it already know the difference, they're saying it for political points or just trolling.

I think there needs to be a definite explanation of the difference between Democratic Socialism and the socialism an entire generation of Americans has been programmed to fear. His campaign needs to make it a talking point and something easily understandable to the average American.

It's making it understandable that will be the hard part. People who want to believe Sanders is the new red scare are going to be hard to convince just by bringing up a chart of definitions. IT just feels like there are a lot of words in politics that don't have any real meaning, everyone thinks they mean something different. It's frustrating. But I guess Bernie can't afford to just ignore it like I can. I hope he has a good pitch lined out.

Turnout was higher than 2016.
