AOC is mad as hell about the coronavirus stimulus — but isn’t saying if she will vote against it.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) decried the “corporate bailout” at the heart of the $2.2 trillion package in an emotional speech on the floor of the House of Representatives.

“One of the largest corporate bailouts ... in American history. Shameful,” said the lawmaker, who represents parts of Queens and the Bronx. "The greed of that fight is wrong, for crumbs for our families.”

“We have to go into this vote with eyes wide open,” she added.

The number one priority should have been Hospitals, People, Small business, and Big Business, in that order.

AOC, Bernie Sanders have truly been MVP's this week. Even Heidkamp admits it, that's a lot.

Even if some of them are against it, I'm at the point where I think they should just pass this bill AS IS. They can attempt to pass another stimulus after this, but just get this one out there. The delays are making everyone look bad at this point. Once you get one stimulus out there, they can probably take their time and argue their priorities with the next one since they at least did SOMETHING.

I learned that Sanders should have gone harder and negative and not called any of those people his friend.
I've learned to fight entrenched Establishment types even harder. Keep factual information, but fight even stronger and to keep supporting true progressive agendas.

The Biden campaign releases its statement to the media following the Tara Reade accusation.

Biden’s campaign on Friday denied Reade’s allegation. “Women have a right to tell their story, and reporters have an obligation to rigorously vet those claims,” deputy campaign manager Kate Bedingfield said in a statement. “We encourage them to do so, because these accusations are false.”

So far they are saying the right things. We’ll have to see how this story develops and hopefully thorough investigations are done that hold both of these characters up to the light. Sunlight, after all, is the best disinfectant.

What does any of this has anything to do what with I said? Do you want the Democrats to pass nothing, cause that's what you're going to get without compromising with the GOP.
