Yeah, Mathews should have compared it to Germany electing Hitler in 1933 instead. Still silly as Nazi analogies go, but less so.

The cosmic irony of the most viable Jewish man to have a chance at being President being compared to Nazi's isn't lost on me btw.

Bernie tied with Pete and Amy for older moderate voters.

Btw Buttigieg and Klobuchar tonight are what happens when you bet all your money on the first two states and can't get a decisive victory. Also I guess the "he only won the two really white states" mantra kinda goes out the window when his biggest win is going to be a majority minority state

If the MAJORITY of voters say Sanders, why does that upset you?

I was speaking to you and Knight as voters, not strictly Sanders himself. You're not emotionally protected from the attacks Sanders will get from the GOP by a long shot. You've put all your energy in the offence, and none in defense.

It's pretty clear after the debate that Mini Mike surrounds himself with yes men who are too scared to challenge their boss or prepare him adequately, and I'm honestly worried that Buttigieg might just break down in tears on stage if he has to face off against Trump.
Can't attack my credibility as a Warren voter so pretend I like either of those two over Sanders to have the moral high ground. Have you no shame? How is this being progressive?

And besides, you cannot at the same time try to label all of us as "bros" and pretend like you care about civility or decorum, while at the same time awkwardly trying to copy those same tactics.
I didn't label you anything, you and others clung to that label all by yourself while defending abusive and sexist attacks. I'm not talking about civility or decorum in this discussion. The projection is staggering, with refuge in audacity.

Better for centrists to just keep the kid gloves on, your soft hands aren't used to fighting dirty.
Someone's forgotten that these kid gloves dominated Sanders himself in '16, and in '18 didn't get double digits in the blue wave against Trump.

Anyone who's not pro Sanders is a centrist, huh? It's easier to get rid of the nuance in the party factions who don't surrender to Sanders when we're all lumped together into one group to take away the greys of political reality, so it can be black and white.

Edit: Hillary did take off the gloves with Trump, it back fired severely with the Deplorables remark.

    Feel the Bern, comrades.

Bernie Sanders just declared war on the Democratic establishment by CNN

Oh boy, as a political watcher I must say things are getting juicy now.

Maybe they're not a fan of Bernie? Is such a thing possible?

I have a question for the moderates and centrists here.
If Bernie is winning the majority of the votes, that means more people want HIS path to victory and HIS ideas for change.
Why are you against the will of the people?

Also, MSNBC is getting SMASHED online for their despicable coverage.

Bernie Sanders is doing well, but it is not clear yet that he is winning majorities. He is currently obviously winning pluralities, which is a difference in terms of the argument that he has the will of the people.

We'll know more when the full results are in, although the main question is how well the campaign did, rather than whether it did well.

Probably for the same reason it would upset you if the majority of voters were backing Joe Manchin or whatever Democrat you disagree with the most.

Personal preference. I'd rather it have been Warren in the lead, but like I said it is what it is.

When has he gotten a majority? I realize that currently he has 54% in Nevada with only 4% reporting, but he hasn't gotten a majority anywhere so far.

Sorry, Tami, I know you are a fan of her but I think Warren is finished. She is barely holding off Sanders in her own state now (some polls say she isn't even doing that much).
